Across Scotland, thousands of people are living with challenges linked to drugs and alcohol. The right support can make a real difference.
Our new Scotland impact report looks at the work our teams carried out in 2025 and the people we supported along the way.
Over the past year, we worked alongside more than 14,000 people across Scotland. Behind every number is a person with their own story, goals and hopes for the future. Our teams meet people where they’re at, offering practical support, listening without judgement, and helping people take steps that matter to them.
The report also highlights the wider challenges communities are facing.
In some of Scotland’s most deprived areas, people are far more likely to die from alcohol or drug-related causes. This is why accessible, compassionate support matters.
We’re proud of the work our teams do every day across Scotland, alongside partners and local communities.
