We need your help

Overcoming problems with drugs, alcohol, or mental health is hard at the best of times. It’s even harder if you can’t leave the house to access support.

Social isolation and loneliness are big factors for people drinking more or turning to drugs at any time. At a time when most of us are feeling more anxious than usual, more people are likely to struggle with mental health, drug or alcohol problems.

With social distancing measures in place, we’ve had to adapt very quickly to make sure that every single person we already support continues to get the help and care they need.

We’re working with other health and social care organisations throughout the country to ensure vulnerable people aren’t left behind, with staff going above and beyond to make sure no one goes without food, housing or support.

We also need to be there for anyone else needing extra support at this time.

We’re putting together advice and tools online, and creating communities for people to support each other. We’re also increasing our availability on webchat, so that anyone who needs guidance or reassurance can speak to a trained adviser in real time.

But we can't do it without you
