Lynne Clow (Chair)

Lynne is a Trustee of With You's Board and Chair of the Council for Scotland.

Lynne is an experienced HR and operational director who has worked extensively in the UK and abroad, across a variety of sectors. She is currently Senior Vice President, Shared Services (HR, SCM and IT) for KCA Deutag, an Aberdeen-based oil and gas company. Lynne is also a member of the children’s panel in Scotland and a member of the Remuneration Committee for Robert Gordons University.

Nicola Roseman

Nicola is a Trustee of With You's Board.

She has 20 years of international experience in the banking industry and a successful background providing financial services to the manufacturing sector and government institutions. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Nicola has held a senior leadership role within the LGBTI+ Ally network, and has worked with Community Business to share work undertaken by a global bank in Asia on transgender policies.  She is also a mentor in The Women’s Foundation Program.

Kenny Leinster

Kenny has had a long career in social work and was Chief Social Work Officer in South Ayrshire before his retirement in 2018. He has extensive knowledge of drug and alcohol services in Scotland having been chair of Alcohol and Drug Partnerships and a national charity providing residential care.

Kenny has also been an advisor to the Scottish Government and has worked with public and voluntary organisations throughout the country.

Among his current projects he is working as a consultant on a test of change project in the West of Scotland.

Rod McDowall

Rod is a Project Manager in the utility power distribution sector and a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology. He has also served in the Royal Marines.

Rod is also a Health and Wellbeing Advocate for his industry, a Samaritan Listener and a STEM ambassador, providing education and careers support in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

Rod has lived experience of addiction and is in long-term recovery.

Gavin Stevenson

Gavin is the Chief Executive of Dumfries and Galloway Council. He has expertise leading complex systems and change processes plus considerable scrutiny and auditing experience.

Gavin is also Chair of Public Protection Group and former Chair of the Scottish Resilience Advisory Board working with the Scottish Government on Emergency Planning and Response Management. He holds several other strategic board positions in the areas of education, digital and finance.

He is passionate about tackling the drug death issue and the impact that stigma and short-term policy fixes have on holding back sustainable and life-changing interventions.

Janice Ross

Janice is a social worker for Glasgow City Council with specialist expertise in safeguarding policy and processes.

She has extensive experience in lettings and property refurbishment and has been a member of the Council for Scotland since 2004.

Neil Hunter

Neil Hunter is Principal Reporter and the Chief Executive of the Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration and is also a member of various national forums, including the Child Protection Leadership Group and Justice Board.

In addition, he has held various service delivery, senior operational management and strategic posts across Social Work and Health Care Services in Glasgow/Greater Glasgow and Clyde including Director of West Glasgow Community Health and Care Partnership, Head of Glasgow Addiction Services and Principal Officer (Addictions) for Glasgow City Council.

Neil is the Vice Chair of Rosemount Life Long Learning, a Board Member of Alcohol Focus Scotland and is Vice Chair of the Centre for Excellence in Children's Care and Protection. He is also currently chairing the national group developing a framework for Whole Family Approach/Family Inclusive Practice as part of Rights, Respect, Recovery.
