How we can help

When it comes to recovery, we know that everyone’s goals are different, whether that’s making small changes, stopping completely, or finding new ways to stay safe and healthy. Whatever it is that you want to achieve, we’ll support you to get there - and we’ll be WithYou every step of the way.

One to one support for young people aged 21 and under in North East Lincolnshire who are facing challenges with drugs and alcohol.

Our Young Person's Workers will meet with you regularly to help you work through some of the things you are struggling with.

You can bring a parent or another person you trust, if you feel nervous about coming to see us.

Group work is helpful because it helps you learn from other people’s experiences and shows you that you are not alone. Many of the young people who work in groups form strong bonds and friendships.

You'll work together with a small group of young people on a specific issue that you share. Your Young Person's Worker will talk to you about groups, to see if this is the right option for you.

We work closely with partners including the Carers Support Service who provide support specifically for family members. Please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help or sign-post you to more support.

Our team can support you with advice on reducing harm, healthy relationships, understanding relapse and support with planning for the future as well as tips on how to reduce use.

When I look back now at how I am compared to where I was, I feel I'm the person I always wanted to be. - Client, WithYou
