We provide free and confidential support to young people experiencing challenges with drugs and alcohol. So if you have questions, need advice, or just want to talk, we’re here for you.

At WithYou, you can connect with others and get friendly, expert help. We’ll meet you where you feel most comfortable, such as where you live, at your school, college, youth club or the local Youth Offending Teams.

How we can help
One to one support for young people aged 11-18 in Lancashire who are facing challenges with drugs and alcohol.
One of our Young Person's Workers will meet with you regularly to help you work through some of the things you are struggling with.
You can bring a parent or another person you trust, if you feel nervous about coming to see us.
Group work is helpful because it helps you learn from other people’s experiences and shows you that you are not alone. Many of the young people who work in groups form strong bonds and friendships.
You'll work together with a small group of young people on a specific issue that you share.
Your Young Person's Worker will talk to you about groups, to see if this is the right option for you.
Quit smoking
We work with our partners to offer Smokefree Lancashire, a service which supports people to quit-smoking.
Through Smokefree Lancashire, you can receive specialised support from our Young Person's Workers, who are experienced in helping young people to quit smoking.

Breaking Free Online
You can access Breaking Free Online - a free, confidential online drug and alcohol programme, designed to support you at your own pace.
We encourage you to use it alongside your WithYou recovery worker, who can guide you through the programme and help you focus on the areas that feel most relevant and helpful for you.
