What to expect from our family service

You’ll find a warm, welcoming space where you can access non-judgmental support and advice from the WithYou in Lancashire team.

You don’t have to pay for any of our services, and we won’t tell anyone about anything you tell us without your permission. The only time this might change is if we have serious concerns about your own or someone else’s safety.

Who is our service for?

This service is for you if you’re:

  • A family member or concerned other of a young person under the age of 25
  • Living in Lancashire
  • Worried about your young person’s drug and/or alcohol use

How to access our services

To access our services, you can either contact us directly using the number provided below, or book an initial appointment online yourself. 

We’ll meet you where you feel most comfortable, such as where you live, at your school, college or youth club.

If you have a disability, are neurodiverse, or English is not your first language, please let us know when you get in touch. We make our services as accessible as we can, and we'll work out the best way to support you.

Our stories

Sarah* and her husband started having concerns about their son when he was 17. It began in lockdown, when their son moved back into the family home. They started noticing signs that raised suspicions of drug use.
