Support for young people and families

When it comes to recovery, we know that everyone’s goals are different, whether that’s making small changes, stopping completely, or finding new ways to stay safe and healthy.

Whatever it is that you want to achieve, we’ll support you to get there - and we’ll be WithYou every step of the way.

How we can help

One to one support for young people aged 11-18 in Lancashire who are facing challenges with drugs and alcohol.

One of our Young Person's Workers will meet with you regularly to help you work through some of the things you are struggling with.

You can bring a parent or another person you trust, if you feel nervous about coming to see us.

Group work is helpful because it helps you learn from other people’s experiences and shows you that you are not alone. Many of the young people who work in groups form strong bonds and friendships.

You'll work together with a small group of young people on a specific issue that you share.

Your Young Person's Worker will talk to you about groups, to see if this is the right option for you.

We have a parents support group, which is open to any parent or guardian caring for a child experiencing challenges with drugs or alcohol, which meets every Wednesday afternoon in Lancashire.

To find out more, please give us a call on 0808 164 0074

"The support of this group made a massive difference to my family. Thank you will never be enough but thank you for all you have done."
