What benefits we offer

It’s not only job satisfaction you will get from working at With You. We offer lots of other benefits too.

We support people across England and Scotland experiencing issues with drugs, alcohol and mental health.

Our frontline teams work in towns, cities, hospitals, prisons, schools, through outreach in people’s homes, with other local services, and nationally online via webchat and self-help advice.

We understand that everyone is different and that the people we help all have their own goals.

You can find a list of our current vacancies on our jobs page.

Keeping the people we work with safe

To ensure we can keep the people we work with and our staff safe, we follow a safe recruitment process.

Everyone applying for jobs is subject to this process. This includes disclosing criminal records (where required for the role) and a series of other employment checks, including references for your most recent employer. It is important to note that individuals must not apply for, or engage in, a regulated activity that they are barred from working or volunteering in. Any attempt to do so is a criminal offence.

If you’re applying for a role which involves regulated activity, you will also be subject to Employment Safeguarding Checks. If you’re applying for a job in England, you will need to have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (including Barred Lists) check. If you are applying for a job in Scotland, you will need to become a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme.

Your personal data

During the recruitment process, we collect, use and store personal data about our job applicants to assess your suitability for the role you’re applying for. You can read about what data we collect and how it is used and stored in the Job Applicant Privacy Notice.
