Interim Chief Executive
Belinda Phipps is Interim Chief Executive. She is working with the Executive and wider leadership team to lead the organisation, deliver our strategy and ensure we maintain support for people throughout the coronavirus pandemic.
Belinda has more than 27 years experience as a Chief Executive with an excellent track record of leading organisations to focus on the people they support. Her career has been in health and wellbeing where she has focused on outcomes, delivering compassionate, safe and effective care and an outstanding experience for service users.
Belinda is a Non Executive Director at Dorset Healthcare University NHS Foundation Trust, which has recently received its outstanding CQC rating . She has been chair of organisations such as the Fawcett Society, and Chief Executive of two NHS Trusts and a charity CEO for organisations including the National Childbirth Trust (NCT).
Deputy Chief Executive
Laura is responsible for leading strategy, business and service development, data and digital transformation. Laura ensures our organisation and service delivery can evolve and respond to changing needs and expectations, and take advantage of new technologies.
Laura was previously Chief Digital Officer at Citizens Advice. Over four years she led policy, news, communications and digital to strengthen the charity’s impact, and redesign and improve services to reach more people. Previously Laura worked at Nesta and the RSA. She started her career in research with the think tank Demos.
Laura is also a Trustee at The Samaritans.

Executive Finance Director
Hayley is responsible for the management of the organisation's finances.
Hayley has worked in healthcare for 20 years. Prior to joining, she worked at HCA Healthcare UK as the Chief Financial Officer for Labs and Physician Services.
Dr Paul Hughes
Executive Medical Director
Paul is responsible for leading clinical governance, quality and supervision throughout the organisation. He ensures that we take advantage of new developments in clinical care in order to provide safe, effective clinical services.
Previously Paul had a 31 year medical career in the Royal Navy including a role as the Deputy Inspector General leading healthcare governance and as the Commanding Officer of Headley Court. In his last appointment he led the Defence Primary Healthcare organisation in the rank of Surgeon Commodore. Paul has worked as a MRCGP Examiner, as a GP Specialist Adviser with the CQC and as a GP Appraiser for the NHS. In 2015, he was appointed Honorary Physician to Her Majesty the Queen.
Executive Director of People, Communications and Culture
Alice is responsible for organisation design, change, people development, and communications, media and profile.
Alice was previously at Citizens Advice where she led communications, engagement and culture. She started her career in Parliament engaging young people in democracy and politics, and has worked at the Clore Social Leadership Programme, developing leaders working for social change.
Alice is also a Trustee at Solace Women’s Aid, a charity that offers free advice and support to women and children in London.

Interim Executive Director of Scotland
Andrew is responsible for the delivery of services in Scotland.
Andrew has more than 30 years' experience in the drug and alcohol field and has worked for the organisation for 12 years. Andrew has degrees in Addiction Studies and Social Work Management.
Interim Executive Director of Services
Jon is responsible for the delivery of services in England.
After a 13 year career in the RAF Regiment he joined the organisation in 2005 as a criminal justice drug worker. Jon previously held the position of Director of Operations, responsible for the performance and financial management of We Are With You’s services in the Midlands, London and the South East. He is also our Veterans programme lead (Right Turn) and is responsible for our Community Engagement offer across the organisation.
