Our local teams

We are proud of our dedicated and determined workforce. Our staff are very effective at engaging with those most at risk of a drug-related death or from disengaging from treatment, and they build valuable partnerships with their local recovery communities, support groups and wider services.

All of our service delivery staff are registered with the Scottish Social Services Council, with a minimum SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Health Care for our recovery workers and Level 4 in Management and Social Services and Health Care for our managers and team leaders.

We actively recruit, train, and induct people with lived experience, allowing us to provide long-term employment opportunities for people in recovery.
