Our expert recovery workers are available by phone, videocall and webchat - making it easy for you to access support
Whether you’re looking for advice or ongoing support, we’re here to help. Our team can work with you to:
Explore your goals and what matters to you
Support safer use, cutting down, or stopping completely
Connect you with other services in addition if needed, including mental health, housing or benefits advice
You’ll receive free, non-judgmental support and advice from the WithYou team.
We want you to feel safe and comfortable when seeking support, and your privacy is really important to us.
Everything you tell us is confidential. The only time this might change is if we have serious concerns about your own or someone else’s safety.
We use the CRAFT approach (Community Reinforcement and Family Training) to support family members, partners, and close friends of people affected by drug or alcohol use.
CRAFT is an evidence based approach that recognises how challenging it can be to support someone you care about, and that your wellbeing matters too.
