People age 16 and over in Highland who want support with their alcohol or drug use
How we can support you
We offer a safe, confidential space where you can share your experiences, learn from others, and find practical ways to manage your alcohol or drug use.
Our facilitators guide discussions and provide information and tools to help you make the changes that matter to you.

What to expect
You’ll receive free, non-judgmental support and advice from the WithYou team.
We want you to feel safe and comfortable when seeking support, and your privacy is really important to us. Everything you tell us is confidential. The only time this might change is if we have serious concerns about your own or someone else’s safety.

We can also arrange appointments for evenings and weekends, to meet your needs.
