Working at With You

We are With You. It’s not just our name, it’s who we are.

If you are passionate about helping people get the support they need for issues with drugs, alcohol and mental health, then join us.

As an organisation, we continue to build an inclusive culture that encourages, supports and celebrates the diverse voices and experiences of our staff. We know that representing the communities we serve is key to us meeting our goals of radically improving people's lives. For us, this means a team with a range of different backgrounds including, people with lived experience, people with disabilities, people from racialised communities, LGBTQ+ people and armed forces veterans.

There’s never been a more exciting time to join us and make a difference to people’s lives.

What it’s like to work for us

Just as we work in equal partnership with the people we support, we’re united with our staff too.

Our work is all about supporting people who use our services to achieve their goals. Our belief in everyone’s potential to grow also extends to our staff. We:

  • build supportive teams where people can share ideas
  • give all staff protected time for learning each week
  • offer flexible working and the technology to support it
  • provide free wellbeing support including a premium Headspace account, and online staff yoga and mindfulness sessions

Just as we’re evolving how we deliver services to meet modern lives, we’re a modern employer too.

Help us change lives

The most rewarding part of working here is the difference we make for the people we support. Whatever team you join, you’ll be supporting people like Dot and Ali to achieve their goals.

You can read more about how we work in different parts of the charity in our online publication, annual reports and organisational strategy.

How to apply

How we support disabled candidates

If you have a disability, a learning difficulty (such as dyslexia), a medical condition or individual need – which you believe may affect your performance in selection, we’ll be happy to make adjustments to our processes to enable you to perform at your best.

As part of our commitment to being a Disability Confident Employer, we provide a guaranteed interview scheme for candidates with a disability.
