How to access Mind and Body in Kent

If you're a young person, a parent or carer, or a professional working with young people and would like to know more, then please get in touch. 

We are here to listen to any concerns you have and to provide you with any information you might need. We are not here to judge and will provide you with a safe space to talk.

Mind and Body takes referrals from professionals, parents and carers.

To refer someone into our community service or request support in your school:

Book Mind and Body for your School

Schools can book in a Mind and Body programme by emailing MABadmin@wearewithyou.org.uk with a completed Project Request Form. (If you do not have one of these, please email us and we’ll send one to you.) 

One of our team will get in touch to arrange a meeting to agree which year group(s) will be targeted and to plan a schedule.
