Working at With You

We want to work with you

You'll find our current vacancies over on our jobs page.

We are With You. It’s not just our name, it’s who we are.

Watch our staff explain what we mean (video opens in YouTube):

If you are passionate about helping people access the support they need for issues with drugs, alcohol and mental health, then join us.

We need a diverse team, with people from different backgrounds including lived experience of treatment, people with disabilities and armed forces veterans.

We’ve learnt a lot through the pandemic about how we can support people in new and innovative ways. There’s never been a more exciting time to join us and make a vital difference to people’s lives.

What it’s like to work for us

Just as we work in equal partnership with the people we support, we’re united with our staff too. Our work is all about supporting people who use our services to achieve their goals. Our belief in everyone’s potential to grow also extends to our staff. We:

  • build supportive teams where people can share ideas
  • give all staff protected time for learning each week
  • offer flexible working and the technology to support it
  • provide free wellbeing support including a premium Headspace account, and online staff yoga and mindfulness sessions

Just as we’re evolving how we deliver services to meet modern lives, we’re a modern employer too.

Help us change lives

The most rewarding part of working here is the difference we make for the people we support. Whatever team you join, you’ll be supporting people like Dot and Ali to achieve their goals.

You can read more about how we work in different parts of the charity in our online publication, annual reports and organisational strategy.
